Please note the following policies:

Refunds and Exchanges:
- We do not offer refunds on any purchased, received, or prepaid services.
- However, we are committed to assisting you in finding a solution if any issues arise.

- All sales are final.

Product Hygiene:
- Our AA medical aesthetic products are stored in a sanitary environment at the ideal temperature and humidity for optimal function.
- Please ensure that you order your products correctly, as we can only make changes before they are shipped out.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept any products back once they have left our facility due to client safety and product hygiene.

Booking Policy:
- A card on file is required to book an appointment.
- Your card will not be charged at the time of booking; payment is required in the salon.
- However, your card will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy:
- There will be a 50% fee of the service booked for late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment.
- A 100% fee will be charged for no-shows.

Late Policy:
- If you are late, it will be considered a no-show, and the appropriate fee will be applied.
- For prepaid packages, if you are late or do not show up for any sessions, you will forfeit that session.
- Unfortunately, we cannot make up for any missed time.
